Extreme Neighborhood Makeover a success

More than 180 volunteers join forces with Project Atchison and Riverbend Habitat for Humanity to add curb appeal to five Atchison homes

The goal of our annual Extreme Neighborhood Makeover event is to give a block of homes a facelift through brush removal, painting, and house work.

Our second annual event took place April 22-23, 2022. We were proud to have more than 180 volunteers from all over our community join us for this event. We were able to repaint five homes, pick up trash, clean up yards, and more!

We cannot thank you all enough! What a great group of people and a great project. Atchison does care about its community, that much is clear!
