May update: Porchfest volunteers still needed

Hello everyone!

Spring is here!  With that comes PorchFest!

We are gearing up for PorchFest on Saturday, May 4 from 2-6pm.  I am attaching a map that shows most of the goings-on, but the general location is near North 4th Street and Riley Street.  We will have the two streets blocked off because we will have 3 food trucks, a Girl Scout snack stand, and several bounce houses for the kids.  LiveWell Atchison will be there with the gaga ball pit and other fun activities.  We will have 20 bands playing from 6 porches, the full schedule is here. We suggest you bring a lawn chair and we plan to hold the event rain or shine.  This year will be an alcohol-free event, but don't worry, we will still have a lot of fun!

Our next monthly Project Atchison meeting will be Tuesday, May 7 at 7pm at the Atchison Event Center.  Newcomers welcome!
