December Updates

Greetings from Project Atchison! I am excited to share our upcoming events:

• Our monthly meeting will be at the Atchison Event Center on Tuesday, Dec. 6. We will be planning our spring events and could use your input!

• If you are interested in ringing the bells for the Salvation Army with us, please let me know. We will try to find a time that will work for us as a group.

• We had so much fun last year that Atchison PorchFest will be back Saturday May 6, 2023 from 2-6 pm. Interested in performing? Thank you to all of you that participated in our Shop Atchison Saturday event! We had a great time and gave away over $300 in gift certificates and a gift basket worth over $300. We saw over $5,000 in receipts in the five hours we were downtown. It was wonderful to see the downtown alive with people! We also had a great Stop, Collaborate, & Listen event in November with local non-profits regarding homelessness. This conversation will continue and we hope to meet again in January to discuss further plans. Please let me know if you have any questions or want more information about anything.
