August update

Greetings from Project Atchison!

We have a lot going on in the coming months and we need your help!

• Wednesday, Aug. 21  - 10am-noon - Workday at Warnock Lake.  We will be doing some painting and installing signage for the disc golf course. 

• Friday, Aug. 23 - 4-7pm - All Aboard Atchison Match Day. We will be sending out more information about our fundraising efforts for this day, but if you want to get more information check out this link.

• Friday, Sept. 6 - noon-6pm - Wandering Makers Faire. This is a fun event incorporating downtown businesses on the 300-500 blocks of Commercial and local artists.  Artists/craftspeople will be setting up inside of area businesses to share their work.  Please consider stopping by to support them.  A similar event will be held on Friday, Oct. 4. • October - Candidate Meet-and-Greet. More information to come!

• October - Trick or Treat Downtown. More information to come!
  

We will be discussing all of these and having our annual board elections at our monthly meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 7pm at the Atchison Event Center. All are welcome!
