Porchfest 2023

The Second Annual Atchison Porchfest will be Saturday, May 6 from 2-6pm. This is a family-friendly, FREE event held on the 700, 800 and 900 blocks of N. 4th Street, the 400 block of Riley Street, and the Cray Museum in Atchison, Kansas.

Parking: 

Parking is available in the neighborhood and at the Atchison Farmer's Market parking lot on Main Street.  A free trolley will run from the Farmer's Market to 4th and Unity during the event.  The free trolley has been provided by the Atchison Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kids:

There will be two bounce houses (one for children under 8 and one for children over 8) and Live Well Atchison will have a gaga ball pit and other fun activities available.

Vendors:

A variety of other local groups and businesses will be joining us on the street to celebrate! Rogue Street Tacos will have their food truck and local artists will be selling their wares.  We will also have a beer garden for those over the age of 21.  Alcohol must be kept in the beer garden.

Bring cash if you'd like to make a purchase from a local vendor.

Important Notes:

• No outside alcohol

• Please bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets

Fundraising:

Keepsake buttons are being sold at both Exchange Bank locations for $5 and will be available at the event as well.  Purchasing a button is not required for attendance, but it will help offset our costs.

We are also taking donations for the event. You or your organization can give online anytime!
